Simply put, babies are the products of love-making to some as much as they are the by-products of love-making to others. The belief that a community or a society wanting in recreational amenities causes baby boom or population explosion holds water still. Thanks to medical advancements, readily available precautionary measures may vitiate this belief and may in time not long from now make this belief invalid.
