Posted By farkop 3 months, 3 weeks ago in Arts & EntertainmentA library in Surrey has reopened at a new location after a Ã;£2m building plan was completed. The new Walton Library opens at the Heart complex in the town on Tuesday, with 24,000 items and 26 new computers.
