Have you ever met an FBI agent? I have talked to a few, while in custody, as a reporter, watching a friend be arrested by a boatload of them once in Omaha. They don't seem human. They have a non-terrestrial aura. Stay away from them if you can. Your life will be richer for it.

I appreciate his willingness to speak his mind but this guy scares me.

Wellstone was killed by trees not Bush. You know the trees the plane flew in to.

I never knew of a Rochester Mn. office of the FBI

I too believe Paul Wellstone was assasinated and another crime Bush administration should be indicted for.

The Bush administration is imbued with truth and light and goodness. They wouldn't hurt a flea, let alone a Senator, or hundreds of thousands of Iraqi Civilians. Everyone knows this. They are noble-minded public servants sworn to protect and defend the Constitution and the American people. It is their only goal. They do not seek power at all costs. Karl Rove is a paragon of honesty, virtue and fair-handedness. So is Ken Blackwell, and Kathleen Harris. All Republicans are. What's the matter with these damn pinko retread 60's lefty x-file watching nutjobs anyway? Leave the Republicans alone and stop asking questions. Damn anti-authoritarians..... ruining this country that's for sure. Put 'em in a gulag I say.

Yeah, the Bush admin and those secretly controlling them would NEVER LIE about anything. Hee hee hee hee hee! Yeah. Right.

Just like they are covering up 9/11 and who knows what else from us. You think we are 'free' to speak our minds in this country? Just try to protest. Watch what they do to you.

They are already trying to destroy the free speech avenue of the internet by 're doing' it calling it 'internet 2' or something.

            * Others reported odd cell-phone and garage-door phenomena that were taking place about the same time the plane appears to have lost communications and control.

Could this be from some sort of electromagnetic pulse?

The indisputable fact that many people despise the President and his men does not make them guilty of every imaginary crime. I remember Paul Wellstone very well, and he was the sort of politician Russ Feingold has always wanted to be--outspoken and effective. But he was also capable of the same sleazy behavior, and bedeviled with the same sort of ethical lapses, as so many other successful political leaders. Character is not a requirement for popularity. And it is now very easy to create, from whole cloth, an image of Paul Wellstone as he never was--after all, it would be unseemly to attack a dead man.

So I'll not lead such an attack. I'll simply remind you that populistamerica.com has its own agenda, and will readily distort any image to advance their illusions. They don't even have any respect for the late senator from Minnesota.

I remember the day that Senator Paul Wellstone, his wife Shelia, their daughter, two aides and pilots died.

I was working as a consultant for the Independence Party of MN. Senator Wellstone was running against Republican Norm Coleman (who originally was going to run for for Governor, Governor Pawlenty was originally going to run for Senator. Both got the calls to run for the offices they now hold. This was well known in the IP Party, Dem Party and Republican Party and talked about.) and IP candidate Jim Moore. There was also a Green Party candidate I can't remember. Anyway Senator Wellstone was the only one running who would let Jim Moore debate. cont'd:

All local TV media would only let Senator Wellstone and Norm Coleman debate. Love Senator tor Wellstone or hate him he did a lot of good for MN. He was a teacher who became a politician. I think that if Wellstone lived he might have won the election. It would have been very, very close. I think there were and still are unanswered questions. I never met him but am friends with people who worked on his campaigns. That was a very sad day for MN. I liked him.

The weather was fair. The airplane was top of the line. Mechanically taken care of. The pilots were the best. Over a hundred garages opened in the vicinity of the accident when their electronic openers were set off. The FBI were the first responders to the scene. The FBI? Two university professors investigating the accident feel that something was very amiss.
