With all the negative news teens get in the media; drugs, sex, violence, inappropriate videos, ect. It's great to see the media is showing what the majority of teens are really like.

these days book stores are online ,you need a credit card to order a book which is easily available to everybody.I am not asking you to buy book or spamming there are many online stores like

If reading involves good foundational material, more power to them. Too much commercialism and not enough study has turned the younger generation of Americans minds to mush. Commercialism has no values, only profit.

I think it's great, regardless of what kind of books they are buying. The fact that they enjoy reading tells me they can comprehend what they are reading, which means they will forever have the ability to learn something.

It is ok if they not reading for Shakespeare but at least they are not hypnotist front of the TV with all those stupid reality shows.
I think the switch happened when more parents started to read bedtime-story for their kids. Am really glad to hear that.

Reading a good book can be much more rewarding than any tv program. You can put your self there and your mind pictures what the author is saying and your body feels it. I go through periods where I might read 3 or 4 books a week. I am glad to see the young people reading more.
